
Eating Clean While Traveling
Healthy Post-Workout Meal or PM Snack
I have been loving the clean meals that the chef has been preparing for me here on the resort. This is an example of my post workout meal that I usually have a couple hours after lunch.
This meal normally consists of about 4oz of white fish, a ton of vegetables steamed as well as a salad, coconut meat and about 2 cups of fresh tropical fruit. I also pair this with some salsa, hot sauce or a dijon mustard sauce.
Delicious right? It has been so lush to sit back and have my food prepared for me. Eating Clean on a daily basis takes a lot of preparation so a break from the kitchen truly feels like a holiday to me.
