I just turned the page in my August issue of Oxygen Magazine to find my gorgeous coach Fatima Leite Kusch, demonstrating an awesome suspension training workout! I was at the gym on the elliptical at the time and was just about to start my strength training program when I felt inspired to try Suspension Training for the first time and all I have to say is WOW, what a burn!!

For those of you unfamiliar with Suspension Training, it is a method of training that intensifies each movement because of the fact that you must use your stabilizer muscles and core in order to perform the movements.
If you are looking to increase your total body strength or just mix things up, this is the workout for you! I had an awesome session and absolutely loved Oxygen’s workout. It felt great to mix things up and I can already feel the DOMS coming on.
