Foods That Contain Gluten!!
As many of you know, I have been gluten-free for over a decade due to sensitivity, bloating and an over all feeling of YUCK when I used to eat it.
Not only did gluten make me feel tired, it caused me to retain water and actually upset my stomach and normal digestion.
Do I miss it? Hardly. With all of the amazing gluten-free grains and substitutes, I have no desire for the stuff but have found that it has been hiding in many, many foods over the years.
