Still Eating Aspartame?
Seriously? (Keep reading to see what Aspartame actually is and how it is made.)
Come on now, this really has to stop. If you are one of those people who have heard about all of the horrible effects of aspartame ie.
- Memory loss
- Nerve cell damage
- Alzheimer’s Disease
- Reproductive disorders
- Brain lesions
- Weight gain
- Food cravings
- Proven Links to Cancer
- Increased Appetite
and still eat it, then we really have to assume that this could be an addiction and therefore must be treated like one.
For someone who has recovered from an eating disorder, I am all to familiar with addiction and what it takes to overcome one. I too have guzzled my fair share of diet cokes (especially during my anorexia) and have been known to eat sugar-free gum like its going out of style despite knowing all of these reasons. I no longer consume aspartame and I pray that all of you can make the choice to do the same.
If those reasons haven’t put you off or if you believe that all of those things may happen to someone else but not to you or that companies are making these facts up, think again.
My question to you is, do you know what aspartame really is? Are you ready for this sick truth?
