Over the last four years of my recovery, I have slowly warmed up to the idea of treat meals.
Now, years later, I have come to realize how important it is to enjoy a food that you love every so often.
This is me with my favourite chocolate/raspberry gelato. Yes I train hard, eat clean and enjoy a treat every now and again. A clean, healthy lifestyle includes all of these elements to be sustainable. Try to shoot for a planned treat meal once a week to round out your diet and have a little something extra to sweeten the deal for all of your hard work and dedication!
