You can tell a heck of a lot about a girl when you take a peak inside her handbag.
Some bags that I have seen are filled with junk, folded papers, random and forgotten makeup tubes while others are perhaps filled with a 2 liter bottle of alkaline water and a couple of tupperwares or baggies jam packed with healthy snacks, ok and maybe some random papers and forgotten makeup tubes…
When it comes to living and maintain a fit lifestyle, one thing that often gets neglected are HEALTHY SNACKS!
Snacks are important because they help to fuel the body, fire up the metabolism and in turn, help you to shed unwanted fat whilst preserving lean muscle. They keep your blood sugar consistant and keep you from binging out on food when you finally have the time to sit down for a meal.

I wanted to share some of my personal favourite snacks on the go. I tend to choose snacks that are high in protein with balanced fats and carbs:
1. 1 Cup Fruit (I like berries a lot) + 1/4 Cup Raw, Unsalted Nuts or Seeds + a Protein Shake
2. 2 Cups Raw Veggies + 1/4 Cup Hummus + 70g Non-GMO Tofu
3. 7 Egg White Scramble with Veggies
4. Zain’s Granola Bars
