Beginners may start with Bridge Pose, which offers powerful healing benefits and enables the practitioner to breath without constriction.
Lie on your back, knees drawing in under your hips #feet flat to the floor
Move into Bridge Pose by lengthening arms by your sides and pressing your palms into the earth. Inhale to lift your hips and support yourself on your upper back and shoulders. Breathe here for 15-20 breaths
To move into the full pose lower your spine back down and place your hands next to your ears. Press into your feet and palms into the earth come to the top of your head.
Straighten your arms and walk your feet in if necessary. Shine out of your heart and take 5-25 breaths here.
